Condfederation Congress had no way to tax the states.

Each state had only one vote, regardless of size.

Nine of the thirteen states had to approve each law.

The Congress had no way to enforce laws that are passed.

Confederation Congress had no power to regulate foreign or interstate trade.

Amending the Articles required a unanimous vote of the states.

No judiciary or executive branch.

Bill of Rights

Amendment 1	Freedoms, Petitions, Assembly,means that congress can make no law to change your religion,rights,and your freedom of speech
Amendment 2	Right to bear arms,means that citizens can have firearms and it means that Militia will be regulated for the citizens safty.
Amendment 3	Quartering of soldiers,means no soldier can come in to you house and take shelter with out the owners consent in time of war
Amendment 4	Search and arrest,means the gonverment cant search your house,paper,or you unless they have a warrant for a good reason
Amendment 5	Rights in Criminal cases,means that you cant be questioned for a crime without repersentation
Amendment 6	Right to a Fair trial,means that a trial will occur to proof guilty or not guilty
Amendment 7	Rights in civil cases, means common law where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars
Amendment 8	Bail,fines,punishment,means will not get over punishment just the punishment given.
